Pierre is an engaged and energetic leader with deep expertise in contract management, business development, and corporate governance. In his role as Executive Chairman, he combines clear strategic responsibility with active operational involvement in the company’s growth and direction. He has extensive experience establishing and managing legal and contractual frameworks in both Swedish and international organizations. With a solution-oriented mindset and contagious energy, Pierre likes to drive change and innovation. His work is guided by a user-centred approach inspired by Design Thinking. As General Counsel of several fast-growing IT and Tech companies, private and publicly traded, he has led expansions through both organic development, mergers and acquisitions, and listings. Apart from having a Master of Science in Business (MSc.) and Master of Law (LLM), his background as reserve officer of the Amphibious Forces of the Swedish Armed Forces fuels the importance of the team and Antifragile by Design.
