Project purpose
The purpose of the ECOBARGE FARM project is to explore and develop a farm-based solution for local biomass conversion. By processing agricultural waste directly where it is generated, the project aims to reduce waste handling challenges, improve resource efficiency, and create new value streams for farmers. The project investigates how mobile and modular thermolysis technology can support farms by converting biomass residues into valuable outputs such as biochar, renewable energy, and other renewable products.
