ECOBARGE has today entered into an agreement to acquire parts of the business of Terrabon Norway AS. The acquisition represents a strategic step in ECOBARGE’s continued efforts to strengthen its position in the rollout of the ECOBARGE System, particularly within the forestry and fishing industries.
Through the transaction, ECOBARGE will gain access to local expertise in technology, carbon credits, customer relationships, and a strong local presence in relation to Circular Rjukan. Terrabon Norway will also gain access to ECOBARGE’s resources in technology and process development.
